About SelfChatter

SelfChatter exists because inner work deserves its own space. Not a therapy app, not a generic chatbot — a dedicated environment where everything around you supports self-observation, self-inquiry, and personal evolution. For a full overview of the platform and its tools, see What Is SelfChatter?

The Philosophy

There is a huge shift in consciousness. More and more of us are becoming truly self-aware and a lot of us are actively doing our inner work. There is less need to explain things like shame, fear, adverse childhood experiences, or the quest for the True Self. We already know these.

Self-inquiry — the practice of turning attention inward and to one’s self — is one of the most powerful tools we have for growth. SelfChatter exists to be a thinking partner for this inner work. Not a therapist. Not a guru. Just a mirror that asks: Have you considered this?

The key is focus. One thought at a time. One session, one insight, one small shift—these add up.

Who Built This?

Attila Bognár

Hello, I’m Attila.

I run SelfChatter by myself. I create all the content—I don’t hire writers, I don’t copy from other places, and I don’t use AI to write the blog posts. They come from the heart (and I consciously decided not to dress up content for clicks).

I’m an Empath and a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). I built SelfChatter because I am not only convinced but know that the practice of self-inquiry is one of the most potent tools that we humans have. I use SelfChatter as my purpose-made diary for my inner work. I use it for the big themes in my life and also for the quick insights coming while walking down the street.
