What is SelfChatter?
SelfChatter is an AI-powered self-reflection companion that supports your inner work.
Working through something long-term, like shame, fear, or a pattern you keep noticing? Set it as your self-reflection focus and return to it when your inner work needs it.
Need to process something right now? Open it up, drop in a thought, and let the reflections flow. It takes seconds to start.
SelfChatter organizes your thoughts into ‘Self-Reflections’ — think of them as chapters in a private journal for your inner work.
SelfChatter doesn’t tell you what to think. It’s a companion to your inner work — here to reflect, not direct.
You set a focus. The AI reflects it back to you from angles you might not have considered. You decide what resonates. You can certainly also talk with the AI side of the chatbot to go deeper. Or you can just add your own reflections to what you are focusing on into your journal without any AI.
The Philosophy
There is a huge shift in consciousness. More and more of us are becoming truly self-aware and a lot of us are actively doing our inner work. There is less need to explain things like shame, fear, adverse childhood experiences, or the quest for the True Self. We already know these.
Self-inquiry — the practice of turning attention inward and to one’s self — is one of the most powerful tools we have for growth. SelfChatter exists to be a thinking partner for this inner work. Not a therapist. Not a guru. Just a mirror that asks: Have you considered this?
The key is focus. One thought at a time. One session, one insight, one small shift—these add up.
Who Built This?
Hello, I’m Attila.
I run SelfChatter by myself. I create all the content—I don’t hire writers, I don’t copy from other places, and I don’t use AI to write the blog posts. They come from the heart (and I consciously decided not to dress up content for clicks).
I’m an Empath and a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). I built SelfChatter because I am not only convinced but know that the practice of self-inquiry is one of the most potent tools that we humans have. I use SelfChatter as my purpose-made diary for my inner work. I use it for the big themes in my life and also for the quick insights coming while walking down the street.
